Reservations: Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.
Check In: Please check in at the spa lobby at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment times and to have a chance to relax and unwind before your treatment.
Cancellation Policy: For single appointments, 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to assist us in rescheduling the appointment and notifying our therapists. The full balance of all treatments booked will be charged for any treatments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or for any missed appointments.
For groups containing three or more treatments, we require a 48-hour notice of cancellation. The full balance of all treatments booked will be charged for any treatments canceled with less than 48-hours notice or for any missed appointments.
Payment & Tipping: We accept all major credit cards. Prices do not include local sales tax. It is customary to leave a tip of 15-25% for your massage therapist and facialist. We DO NOT accept cash or check as payment for treatment, but you may tip with cash directly to therapists or chose to include it on your card.
Note: Parties of 3 or more, a gratuity of 18% will automatically be added, however, any additional gratuities that you would like to leave for your therapist can be added at your request.
Etiquette: To ensure that all guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of La Vida, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum while in the spa. Cellular phones and electronic devices are to be muted while in the spa and reception area.
Gift Certificates: La Vida Gift Certificates for our spa treatments are available at the spa reception and online.
Parking: Free parking. We have a private gravel parking lot right in front of the spa on 320 East Marcy Street.
Special Considerations: If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical complications, may we advise you to consult your doctor before signing up for any spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any medical conditions.
Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited.
Valuables: The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
Consent to recieve emails and notifications: By using the website and the services, you consent to receive emails from La Vida Spa. You consent to La Vida Spa using personal information provided by you for the purposes of communicating with you by email.
